Financial Assistance for Catholic Formation
Human Formation Coalition provides financial assistance to qualified applicants through the generosity of Mission Partners who believe in the power of Catholic human formation.
Depending on your needs and formation goals, assistance may be available for different types of Catholic Human Formation Coaching —including individual, team, leadership, or strengths-based formation.
Our goal is simple:
We don’t want finances to prevent the right person from receiving the formation they need.
You Don’t Have to Fund Your Formation Alone
Sometimes the people who believe in you most are the people who would be most willing to help.

If you are approved for financial assistance, HFC may invite you to create a Mission Partner Campaign—a simple way to invite people who believe in you and your mission to help make your formation possible.
You may be surprised by how many people are willing to participate in your growth when simply given the opportunity.

It’s about inviting others to become part of what God is doing in your life.

How Financial Assistance Works

Tell us about your circumstances, your formation needs, and the mission or vocation you are seeking to serve.
2. Explore Your Options
HFC will review your situation and determine whether financial assistance may be appropriate.
3. Invite Mission Partners
When appropriate, HFC may help you create a personalized Mission Partner Campaign that you can share with people who believe in you and your mission.
4. Begin Your Formation
With the support of HFC and your Mission Partners, you can begin the formation journey without carrying the financial burden alone.
You Are Not Asking for a Handout
You are inviting others to invest in something that matters.
The people you invite are not simply helping you pay for coaching.
They are investing in who you are becoming—and in everyone you will serve because of it.
There is dignity in receiving.
