Mission Partners help change that.
Your support can change the life of a priest , a Catholic lay leader, a Religious Order Leader, or it can send a Human Formation Missionary into the field.

Your Mission Partnership can provide our proprietary Catholic Human Formation Coaching for a priest.
Your support can help him:
Understand his God-given strengths
Grow in self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-possession, and self-gift
Become a bridge not an obstacle to helping others encounter Jesus Christ
Strengthen his relationships and leadership
Discern his ministry callings with greater clarity

Invest in the People Building up the Catholic Church
The mission of the Church depends upon lay people serving in families, parishes, schools, ministries, businesses, and Catholic organizations.
Your Mission Partnership can provide our proprietary Catholic Human Formation Coaching to a Catholic lay leader.

3. Support a Human Formation Missionary
Send Formation Into the Field
Some people are called to go.
Others are called to send.
Both are essential to the mission.
Mission Partners allow Human Formation Missionaries to serve pro bono with disadvantaged people in the migrant community of Immokalee, Florida, and with staff or students at leading Catholic seminaries, colleges and universities.
Human Formation Missionaries will deploy a very accessible formation experience using CliftonStrengths.
Helping people discover their natural talents, understand their unique strengths, and begin using them with purpose.
The missionary goes.
The Mission Partner sends.
4. Start a Mission Partner Campaign for Your Own Formation
Invite Others Into Your Own Leadership Formation Journey
Sometimes the leader who needs leadership formation the most is not able to afford it.
But you may have people in your life who believe in you, your vocation, and the people you serve.
If HFC awards you a Leadership Formation Scholarship, you can invite those people to become Mission Partners in your own formation journey.
If you are approved HFC will create a personalized Mission Partner Campaign page for you to share with your network.
You don’t have to fund your leadership formation alone.
Invite others to become part of your mission.
What Will Human Formation Missionaries Do?
Small Groups
Guide participants through CliftonStrengths experiences while creating space for reflection and conversation.
Individual Accompaniment
Help participants process what they are discovering about their gifts using CliftonStrengths.
Campus, Seminary and Community Outreach
Bring human formation directly to people where they live, study, work, and worship.
The missionary is not simply delivering a program. The missionary is accompanying people as they discover the gifts God has placed within them.
Why Human Formation Missionaries are Necessary
Many people — especially young adults in seminary and Catholic colleges — are asking:
What is my purpose?
What am I good at?
What makes me come alive?
How has God gifted me?
Who am I?
How am I called to serve others?
Human Formation Missionaries begin by (pro bono) helping people who are unlikely to ever hire a Catholic Human Formation Coach to understand who God created them to be—and then helping them do something with that discovery so they can thrive in life.
In Immokalee Florida you will help disadvantaged persons break the poverty cycle, gain confidence in themselves, and feel empowered to look for better opportunities. You will also help develop leaders who serve disadvantaged persons in Immokalee.

Mission Partners make it possible for Human Formation to reach people who might otherwise never have access to it.
PRAY
Pray for the priests, leaders, missionaries, and people being served.
ENCOURAGE
Walk with a person or missionary throughout the year.
CONNECT
Introduce Human Formation to priests, leaders, parishes, dioceses, seminaries, colleges, and communities.
GIVE
Provide the resources that make scholarships and missionary service possible.
